Allow your child the experience of playful imagination.
Sometimes kids just need to be kids. Children’s yoga gives them a space to move, play, imagine, practice mindfulness, and simply connect with themselves.

Why Children’s Yoga?
Children today are up against more stressors than ever before in a rapidly-changing world. An age-appropriate yoga class offers children the opportunity to connect with themselves in a positive way, while learning tools to cope with uncertainty and new experiences. Yoga allows children to exert and regulate their energy, use their bodies for imaginative play, and tune into their breath to experience self-awareness and calm. If they can learn to connect with and trust themselves no matter what’s happening around them, we allow them the gift of autonomy.
What ages do you teach?
I teach yoga for children of all ages, from birth to high-school age. Believe it or not, there is a lot you can do with babies to get their bodies happy and moving! Toddlers and preschoolers enjoy acting out stories and pretending to be animals with music and songs. Elementary, middle, and high school ages enjoy a good challenge, complete with games and fun. I’m also happy to accommodate yoga classes for all the hard-working teachers!

Children are not things to be molded but people to be unfolded.”
